Kit and Jerry Boucher spent over fifty years as best friends, building a life defined by vibrant energy and steady generosity. Kit spent decades remembering the small details of every life she touched, while Jerry arrived at cold apartments with warm meals and coats for families in need. We established this foundation to ensure their hardworking hearts continue to serve the community they loved so much.

The day after they died, their daughters, Katy and Amy,  found a notebook in Jerry’s truck full of detailed plans to raise money to buy beds for St. Joseph’s House in Hyannis, and equipment for the medical clinic at the Brazilian Resource Center in Hyannis. Future giving will include IFAW, where Kit volunteered, animal shelters in honor of Casey, and direct grants to local community members in need. 

The mission of the foundation, which will evolve with time, is rooted in doing small things with great love- how Kit and Jerry lived their lives.
